It was another tremendous weekend for Shettleston Harriers, with national medals, personal bests records broken and, of course, th hugely successful staging of the Babcock Shettleston 10km, which also served as the Lindsay Scottish 10km Championships.

The club would like to thank everyone involved in delivering the event, with over 50 club members volunteering from early morning through until the afternoon. A huge thank you goes to our sponsors and supporters, including Babcock International, Start Fitness, Lindsays, Protay, Arnold Clark, Asda Glasgow Parkhead Forge and Tunnock’s, alongside all of the Scottish Athletics officials who helped make the day such a success.

After a remarkable weekend for the club featuring a Scottish Best performance, National Relay medals and National 10km team medals, everyone involved certainly deserves a well-earned rest.
