Recent action – Medal for John at BMAF Half, Parkruns and Lanarkshire results

John Duffy made the trip to Dumfries last weekend where he finished 3rd and picked up the bronze medal in BMAF Half Marathon Championship as part of Dumfries Race in V60 category, a slow 1:28:49.

Parkrun Results Week Ending 22 Sep 2024

At Pollok Parkrun, Fred Davies finished in a time of 23.50.

At Strathclyde Parkrun, Mark Mckelvie finished in second place in a time of 17.12, while Scott Mckelvie finished in a time of 21.11.

Over to Tollcross Parkrun where David Murphy secured 10^th place in a time of 22.07 with Joanne Harkins finishing in 28.53.

Denis Williams had a good run at Victoria Park run in a time of 19.17. Bryony Mcleod finished Portobello Parkrun in a time of 25.50. At Marecchia Parkrun, Andrew Kirkhope finished in 6^th position in a time of 23.56. John Toms completed the Drumpelier Parkrun in a time of 33.54. 

Finally at the University of Stirling Parkrun, Daisy Gildea finished in a time of 24.20
