Wins for Peter, Ronnie, John, Sam, Holly and a course record for Taha at Victoria Park

Peter Avent yet again came across the line first at Edinburgh Parkrun in a time of 15.44 and indicates he is now returning back to fitness again.

Paul Mcguigan finished the Strathclyde Parkrun in 21.05 for 26th position.

John Craig took advantage at Tollcross Parkrun for the win in 20.13. A very difficult one to win.

There was some serious business underway at Victoria Parkrun. Taha Gafari didn’t stick around and smashed the course record, winning in 14.47. Holly Morrison took the ladies first place in a time of 18.46. Duncan Macauley finished in 19.36 and Fergus Donnelly in19.50 and Victoria Riddell finished in 19.50.

At Ruchill Parkrun, the hills didn’t seem to hold back Ronnie Strachan as took the win in a not too shabby 18.43.

At Bangor Parkrun it was good to see Andy Jackson post a respectable 18.22 for 5th place.

At Drumchapel Parkrun, the hills of the bluebell woods did manage to slow down Sam Lesley with three tough laps. Sam ran well and won in a time of 20.41.
