Sydney Harbour 10k

Fergus Donnelly made sure we had an international feel to the club this week with a PB performance in the Sydney Harbour 10km. He has made massive improvement over the summer starting with a 34.49 back in March and now has a PB of 33.41 in the Australia event. He was one of the new men who have joined this year and he shows what a structured training programme can do.

Trafford BMC

Another athlete who has had a number of PB performances recently is Jamie Burns. He was part of the winning club team at the recent Scottish 10km championships placing 4th in the individual event. Jamie travelled to Manchester at the weekend to take part in the Trafford BMC event at the fast Trafford track. He was rewarded with a PB of 14.38.99 over 5000m
