Open to youngsters aged 8-16 years old – no need to be a Shettleston member. The training will be held on Friday evenings once a week in term time and is designed to complement the current junior training sessions and add some fun and variety to running as well as helping improve fitness.

Please bring waterproof top, trousers/leggings, hat, gloves and water. The areas we are going are not high hills but they are still exposed parks above Glasgow so dress appropriately.
