In a busy weekend for club athletes around the UK with a number of Personal Bests and excellent performances 

The Endurance Squad were at Loughborough (BMC Grand Prix) and Kilmarnock. Daniel Bradford made the journey down South and was rewarded with a PB over 1500m with a time of 3.55.32. Closer to home three athletes competed over 5000m at Kilmarnock – Peter Avent was rewarded with a PB -15.11.41, with Chris McGarrity running 16.16.23 and Adam Peters ran 17.51.63.

In the Jumps Grand Prix at Kilmarnock Morgan Findlay did a PB in the Triple Jump with a distance of 11.12

In the East at Livingston 4 athletes competed in the Throws Grand Prix with great success. Young Chloe Fox achieving another PB in the Javelin 19.34) edging closer to the 20m barrier each time she competes. Commonwealth Games athlete, Angus McInroy, won both the Shot Putt (14.00)and Discus (51.32) and with Teddy Tchoudja(13.42) also winning. It was a great Shot Putt Day for the club.

David Little, recently moving into the M40 age group, won the Hammer in his age group with a throw of 45.37.
