The Isle of Man was the venue for the Festival of Running over the Easter weekend. It is a traditional event for ex -students who return to compete for their old university’s – it also involves a fair bit of socialising!

Daniel (Danny as know to his university friends from Manchester Ale House Runners) Bradford competed in all three races 10km (3rd 30.31) ,Hill Race (15th) and the 5km (7th 15.11. This allowed Daniel to finish first in M35 age group overall

Andrew Taylor (St Andrews old boys)  also competed in all three races 

10km (85th 35.29) Hill Race (47th ) and the 5km (36th 17.00)    to finish 48th overall across the series 

Mean in warmer climates, Aidan Quinn jumped 7.10(+0.2)to win the long Jump in New Mexico Spring Invitational in Albuquerque USA
