Friday night saw the start of a busy weekend on the Track with the Scottish 10000m Track Championships at our home track, Crownpoint. Fionnuala Ross showed she is on the road of recovery from recent illness when she picked up the gold medal with a time of 34:23.51. Daniel Bradford finished 3rd in the Men event and was first O35 recording a time of 30:47.40

Saturday saw action for club members move to Grangemouth for the Match 1 in Division 2 for the CSSL League. Provisional results show that the club won the first match. This match includes all age groups from Under 11 to Masters, well done everyone.

Returning to Crownpoint on Sunday for the GAA Sprint Gala, again no results as yet but some great photos from Graeme Brown (thank you very much)
