Teddy Tchoudja continues to make sure the club has a high profile in the UK/Scottish rankings with yet another PB performances in Inverness over the weekend. Her performance of 14.63m, placing her as number one in the UK rankings for a U/20 and into the top 9th for a senior. Like Weynay the week before she also moved up the all- time list for 4th as a U20 Scot and 7th all times for a senior Scot. Her next competition is the Joint league next weekend as she gets close to the magical 15m mark.

Another athlete in great form is Peter Avent. At the excellent Jim Dingwall Memorial 10km race organised by Falkirk Victoria Harriers he ran a solo race to win in PB performance of 30.23. Another Shettleston athlete near the top of the Scottish rankings. If Peter can get into a high quality 10km he is sure to break 30mins. He was not alone in the race and the following Shettleston athletes also competed.
