Fin Dyer Crowned Southern 5000m Champion!
A huge congratulations to Fin Dyer, our London-based Shettleston Harrier, who clinched the English Southern 5000m Championship at the weekend! Fin, whose family hails from Garrowhill (the old home of our club), has been in fantastic form recently, having run 14:16.41 in previous weeks. He dominated the championship race, taking the title by over 10 seconds with a winning time of 14:48. Fin is now setting his sights on improving his personal best over 5000m at an upcoming meeting at Highgate next weekend. Well done, Fin!
