Road and Cross Country Season Begins
With the track season now wrapped up, our athletes are making the shift to the road and cross country. We’ve already had some fantastic results, with a number of top performances in recent events.
The popular Fast N’ Flat 5km series in Livingston saw Brogan Wallace again shine, winning the Ladies’ section with a very fast 15:58.1. This time puts Brogan second in the overall Fast N’ Flat women’s ranking behind Megan Keith. It was also great to see Eilidh Bell back on the road after almost a year out with injury.

Our top men’s performer was Philip Neilson, who ran a massive personal best of 14:32.3. Additionally, in the Mile race, which was a support event, Daniel Bradford placed second.
Further Afield
Our members also competed in other events, putting in some great performances:

- Michael Paxton continued his good form by finishing sixth overall and second M40 in the Cumbernauld 10km.
- Bob Porteous traveled to Cumbrae to compete in the 10-mile event, finishing eighth M70.
