19th November Parkrun Action
Denis Williams featured in the top 5 at Pollok Parkrun with a time of 19.45 with Susan Breckenridge in a time of 25.44. Tollcross Parkrun saw Bob Porteous finishing in a time of 26.37. At Victoria Parkrun Duncan McCauley finished in a time of 19.15 with Andrew Shields in a time of 28.57.Over to Castlewellan Parkrun where Ryan Stewart took the win in a time of 17.52. At the hilly Ruchill Parkrun, Paul Mcguigan finished in a time of 24.38. Over to another hilly course, Drumchapel where Calum Oates missed out on 1st place by a few seconds in a time of 19.40. Back over to the east briefly where Melanie Haynes finished the Forfar parkrun in a time of 31.02. Finally back to the west Elder Parkrun where Evelyn Struthers took first lady in a time of 21.50. Well done everyone
25th November Parkrun Action – Wins for Ryan , Kirsty and Second for John
Starting at the Southside of Glasgow at Pollok parkrun, Robert Patterson finished in a time of 27.20. At Aberdeen parkrun, Toby Hession finished in 20.38. And it was a top 10 for David Murphy at Tollcross Parkrun, finishing 6th in a time of 22.52, Bob Porteous finished in a time of 27.40. A win for Ryan Stewart again at Castlewellan Parkrun in a time of 16.41. Well done. At Springburn Parkrun, Paul Mcguigan finished in a time of 24.58, followed by Jodie Waite in a time of 30.02. At the hilly Dunfermline Parkrun course, Melanie Hayes finished in a time of 30.48. Down to Clapham Common, where Bryony Macleod finished in a time of 24.48. At Wallaceneuk Parkrun, it was a well deserved win for Kirsty Mann for first lady in a time of 21.05. At Elder Parkrun, Raymond Loughran finished in a time of 43.49. Finally at Palacerigg Parkrun, John Duffy made a move to win his local parkrun but settled for a very respectable 2nd place in a time of 20.24.
