Parkruns

At Strathclyde Parkrun it was a close battle Between Scott Mckelvie and new member,Gerard Pelegri, with Scott coming in 4th in 17.10 and Gerard 5th in 17.24. Not too far behind was Paul Mcguigan in 21.07.

A big turnout at the hilly Tollcross Parkrun with Ronnie Strachan back on form with 3rd place in 18.27, John Craig 6th in 20.28, David Murphy 11th in 22.29 and Stephen Clark 15th in 23.32.

At Victoria Parkrun, Fergus Donnelly showed no sign of slowing down for his upcoming marathon debut with a sharp 15.55 for second position. Duncan Macauley who ran in the Vets team at the 6 stage relays continued his progress to fitness with a time of 19.12 .

Over to the very hilly Ruchill Parkrun course Rowan Lennox ran 24.56 and Jethro Lennox in 24.57.

At Springburn Parkrun, Sam Lesley took another first place with a time of 16.30.

At Ury Riverside Parkrun, Kevin Alston ran 19.12 to finish in second place.

Up north now to the Faskally Forest Parkrun where Iain Burns ran a time of 19.42.

Finally at Palacerigg Parkrun, John Duffy ran a time of 20.54 for 8th place.
