After a very busy few weekends on all surfaces the action moved to the Emirates in Glasgow for the Scottish Athletics Indoors Relays and Scottish Athletics Combined Events

U/13 Girls 9th overall (2nd Heat 2) 2:08.59 Esme Guinea, Zoe Roberts, Charlotte Reilly, Alexia Riggs
U/15 Girls 12th overall (4th Heat 1) 2:04.51 Alicja Taborek, Imogen Millar, Kate Monaghan, Emily Tollett

U/15 Boys 11th overall (6th Heat 6) 2:00.79 Elijah Jatto, Sam McGowan, Lucas Millican, Abraham Lanahan
U/17 Women 13th overall (5th Heat 2) 1:56.29 Annie Mclean, Emma Leiper, Daisy Owusu, Ava Millican

We also had a number of athletes competing in the Pentathlon events
Joseph Lanahan finished 2nd with 1261 pts in the Under 13 Boys , picking up the silver medal, Estelle Giraud was 16th in the U15 Girls and Murray Graham finished 9th with 980pts
Personal bests for Joseph in the 60m Hurdles and Shot , Estelle had 4 PB’s in 60m Hurdles, Long Jump, Shot and 800m, Murray’s got PB’s in 60m Hurdles and Long Jump
Carson Graham had to withdraw from the Masters Combine Event due to injury but ran 60m (8.06) Pole Vault (2.40m) and Shot (7.40m)
Parkruns : Parkrun win for John Duffy and more podium places

At Palacerigg Parkrun John Duffy finally secured his first win in a time of 20.12.
At the Plean Parkrun, Stephen Winter wasn’t far off 1st place either in a time of 20.58 for second place.
At Strathclyde Parkrun Paul Mcguigan finished in 22.13
At Tollcross Parkrun, Ronnie Strachan stayed on the heels of Cambuslang’s Iain Macdonald but had to settle for second place in a time of 18.44. John Craig was next over the line in 19.25 followed by David Murphy in 23.14.
At Springburn Parkrun Emma Purdie was second Lady in 21.50
At Levengrove Parkrun, Fergus Donnelly finished 1st place in 17.51. However that was just a small part of a larger training run running from Glasgow to Levengrove in Dumbarton , completing the 5k and then running to Balloch train station. Club compatriot, Fred Davies was there in tow with his bike for company !
Finally, at the Elder Parkrun Andrew Taylor finished in second place in 17.35 followed by Denis Williams in a time of 18.37.
