In another very busy weekend for the club athletes were competing around the world and all over Scotland.
Pride of place must go to Ross Gollan who was competing for GB in Chiang Mai (Thailand) in the World Mountain Running Championships. He finished 20th in the up and down short race in a World class field and he was part of a GB team which finished 5th.

Closer to home a large group of Harriers travelled to Kirkcaldy in Fife for the Scottish Short Course Cross Country Championships. After the recent success of the Ladies team the men were determined to outshine the Ladies this week. They were rewarded with an excellent bronze in the team race with Lachlan Oates, Taha Ghafari, Chris McGarrity and Daniel Bradford the counting four. It was great to see large numbers out and 17 men competed.

We had many other young athletes who competed and we will get the results up ASAP.
