Congratulations to the Senior Ladies who have been selected to represent Scotland in the trial for the honour to represent the UK in the European Clubs Cross Country Championships in Spain in February. They will be up against clubs from the other home countries this weekend on Nov 26th in Liverpool to see if they can secure the place.

The club will be represented over different age groups from the senior age group down to U/15 in Liverpool. Jamie Burns will make his debut for Scotland over the country and he will be joined by his club mate Taha Ghafari who has already been selected to compete in the European Cross Country championships for the European refugee team.

The cross country races incorporate the British Athletics Cross Challenge, GB trial for the European Cross Country championships and the trial for the clubs european xc champs.

Good luck to them and all Shettleston and Scottish athletes travelling to Liverpool.
