All the action this weekend was at the Emirates Arena in the East End of Glasgow. Congratulations to Carson Graham who scored a triple success in the Scottish Masters indoor Championships with wins in the 60m H(9.92) ,Long Jump(5.78) and High Jump (1.57) .It was great to see Paul Easdale back and he placed 3rd in the M35 60m (7.94) and the final Master on show was Iain Burns who ran 2.13.34 in M45 800m.The Masters now turn their attention to their Cross Country Championships which takes place next Saturday in Dundee. 

Lydia Woldesslassie  (T35)  warmed up for her appearance in the EAP International event which took place on Sunday evening with a PB over 60m (11.61) early on Sunday Morning and then at the EAP event improved to 11.58

Our young athletes were also indoors with their 4x200m Scottish Championships also at the Emirates. Pride of place goes to the U/15 girls team of Molly Brown (U/13 moved up an age group) ,Zoe Roberts ,Arianna Obiara  and Leia Connelly who placed 5th in the final in a time of 1.54.69 (1.52.51 heat) ) The U/13 boys (Dominic Boyle, Louis Millican, Rio Biddlecombe and Ruaridh Johnson) placed 6th in their heat 2.13.77
