2026 Club Championships.

This year Shettleston Harriers will host a Club Championship event at Crownpoint Sports Complex. The event will run from 10am till 4pm and will be for our U12 – U18 athletes. It will consist of a four event format with a sprint, a middle distance run, shot put and long jump. Each event will be scored in accordance with the current CSSAL points system. Athletes may compete in single events but must compete in all four events to be eligible for the Club Championship.

U12 – 100m, 600m, SP, LJ

U14-U18 – 100m, 800m, SP, LJ

Entries are free and must be submitted no later than 12:00 midday on Friday, July 10, 2026.

N.B. The event will have some key officials from Scottish Athletics for starting and timing but the Club require volunteers to help with many aspects to ensure the successful running of the event: sign in and declarations; athlete registration; assisting at shot put and long jump; results collection etc. For parents signing up their young athlete please consider adding your name to the volunteer list.
