Congratulations to Taha Ghafari who took first place in the Loch Lomond 10km over the weekend .Taha just held off current Scottish ½ Marathon John Bell of Inverclyde by 2 secs to take the win .With Matthew Turner 3rd overall running  a PB over this hilly course and ever present Paul Sorrie 9th over all ( 1st M40) the club took 1st team. Victoria Riddell continued her club form with a 2nd over all  in the ladies section. It was great to see Fergus Donnelly back in his club vest and helping his friend break the 48min barrier for the 10km -as we know Fergus can run much faster but recent injury as put a hold on his racing.

Amit Kumur made the long trip to the Welsh Track & Field Championships where finished 4th in the High Jump with a height of 1m93 .By all accounts the conditions were no great with rain making take off very difficult

On Friday nights saw the Livingston Open Graded with Sam Lesley running 4.03.77 in the 1500m
