Sunday 5th March saw our young athletes again at the Emirates Arena for the SAIL Final and Relays, boith our Under 20 teams picked up medals with the Women finishing 3rd in bronze medal position and the Men picking up the silver medals. Well done

Perfect weather conditions for Parkrunners with wins for Tom and Peter (Saturday 4th March)

At the Edinburgh Parkrun, Peter Avent made his mark back from injury with a win in 15.31.

At Strathclyde Parkrun, Paul Mcguigan finished in a time of 20.51.

At Victoria Parkrun, Andrew Shields finished in a time of 28.36

At Drumchapel Parkrun, Mark McColl finished in second place in 20.43.

At Fort William Parkrun, Tom Owens took first place again in a time of 17.48.

At the Ury Riverside Parkrun, Kevin Alston finished in 5th place in 20.16.

Finally at Queens Parkrun, John Connaghan finished second place in 19.10.
