Peter Avent ran an impressive 30.31 in the Scottish 10K to finish 1st, front running the whole way last weekend, followed up with a PB in the Manchester 10km recording a PB performance of 30.20 on Sunday (26th September). Michael Paxton placed 2nd in a Duathlon at Mossneuk Farm (5k Run, 30k Bike, 5k Run).

Meanwhile over the last few weeks saw a number of club members getting some 5k runs in the Parkrun Events around the country.
