Thursday 6th December 2019 saw the Club Annual General Meeting held at Crownpoint.

The AGM saw the adoption of the Club’s Grevience Procedure which can be found at the following link 

Due to changes in Data Protection Laws the Constitution have been changed to comply with the new laws which can be found at the following link 

Notice is also given that from the 1st April 2019 our Senior Membership Fee will increase from £60 per year to £72 per year, this have been due to increased costs in entry fees and league affiliation fees over the last few years.

The club had received two entries for London Marathon and the draw for these places was mads at the meeting, Richard Millar and Brian Scally were successful in the draw.

The award of the Paul Richfeld Cup , which is awarded to a club member who has made a major contribution either as a volunteer or an  athlete to the club in the last year, was awarded to Liz Burns for her work for the club as treasurer. This is done at the AGM by secret ballot.
